jonathan w. nightingale

Jonathan W. Nightingale grew up in San Mateo and attended UC Santa Barbara. He began his legal career as an undergraduate intern for California Rural Legal Assistance, Inc. (CRLA), where he litigated on behalf of indigent clients. After he finished his undergraduate studies, Jonathan worked as a Legislative Assistant in Washington D.C. before attending law school.

During law school, Jonathan developed his family, wealth, and property law skills. He held internships with the San Francisco City Attorney's Child & Family Services Team, and also the San Mateo County Superior Court's Family Law Facilitator's Office, where he provided assistance to self-represented litigants in family law matters.

It was also during Jonathan's time in law school that he worked as a legal assistant for a Trusts and Estates attorney in San Francisco, where he continued to work after becoming an attorney before starting his own practice. Since opening in 2017, Nightingale Legal has handled a wide variety of transactional and litigation matters in the areas of Trusts & Estates, Business, Real Estate, and Family Law. We’re ready to make it easy for you to achieve your goals.
